Tim Van Cleynenbreugel is co-Founder and CTO of Replasia, a Belgian medical device startup focused on hip preservation in young adults. With a PhD in Engineering from KU Leuven and a background spanning polymer and metal additive manufacturing at Materialise Dental and LayerWise, and medical product development and business development at Comate Engineering & Design, Tim brings over two decades of experience at the intersection of engineering, medical imaging, and device development.
At Replasia, he leads the development of HipStudio, a CT-based 3D analysis platform covering both hip dysplasia (DDH) and femoroacetabular impingement (FAI), and the 3D-Shelf System, a patient-specific 3D-printed titanium implant for DDH treatment.

Beatriz Dominguez Gonzalez

Beatriz Dominguez Gonzalez is the Global Market Manager for software in hospitals and universities at Materialise, where she leads global market strategies for 3D planning and printing. Her role involves driving innovation and forging strategic alliances with key opinion leaders to increase the adoption of 3D technologies in hospitals and universities. Beatriz is also a founder member of the EU 3D SIG and a passionate advocate for scientific communities.

Mark Tan

Dr Mark Tan is a Radiologist and the Clinical Lead of the Singapore General Hospital 3D Printing Centre. Dr Tan enjoys working with clinical teams on virtual surgical planning for head and neck, plastic and reconstructive, orthopaedic and cardiac surgeries. Dr Tan also enjoys working with clinical teams, imagers, engineers, administrators, academia and industry on designing and producing from medical imaging, in-house and external to the healthcare facility, patient-specific 3D printed modes of communication for medical imaging as well as medical devices. These include anatomical models for surgical rehearsal and implant sizing, surgical guides for localisation and reconstruction, bespoke orthotics and prosthetics, as well as custom implants, to improve clinical care.

Rashi Gupta

As a Biomedical Engineer, Rashi specializes in patient-specific surgical planning, custom implant design, and 3D printing applications in orthopedics, craniofacial reconstruction, and medical education.
She has over six years of experience in the field, having worked at Imaginarium, one of India’s leading 3D printing companies, where she collaborated with surgeons on complex osteotomies, deformity corrections, and reconstructive procedures. Her expertise spans CT/MRI image segmentation, CAD modeling, surgical guide fabrication, and virtual surgical planning.

Currently based in St. Louis, MO, Rashi is working as a 3D printing Engineer at SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children’s hospital, collaborating with doctors and researchers at Saint Louis University (SLU) and WashU, BJC HealthCare to help inculcate and integrate 3D printing technology into clinical practice.

Highlights of Work:
Designed and developed more than 400 patient-specific surgical guides and anatomical models that reduced surgical time and improved accuracy.
Supported surgeries across orthopedics, craniofacial, and maxillofacial specialties.

Lectures & Training:

David B. Pearlstone, MD

Dr. Pearlstone is a founder/principal and CEO of DICOM Director. LLC, as well as a founder and principal at Voxelary Research, Inc. Prior to that, Dr. Pearlstone had a long career in academic medicine, previously serving as Medical Director for Vitas Healthcare of Connecticut, Assistant Professor of Surgery at Yale School of Medicine, Director of Breast Services at Hackensack University Medical Center, and Associate Chairman of Surgery, Chief of Surgical Oncology, and Director of Surgical Research at Lincoln Hospital in New York City.

Dr. Pearlstone has worked in biomedical technology transfer since 2002, serving on the faculty of Clemson University College of Engineering in Clemson, SC, and the Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ. In 2010, Dr. Pearlstone received his MBA from the Leadership in Healthcare program at the Yale University School of Management.
