Fusedbone is an answer to a need from an industry which has been experiencing a lot of changes with the technology recently.

Since the advent of additive manufacturing (3D Printing) technologies, medical experts have been benefiting from the tremendous amount of value that it brings to the healthcare industry. In the recent years, many hospitals and care centers around the world have started their own 3D printing lab at the Point-of-Care to be able to provide personalized yet affordable care to their patients. Yet, we are still asking ourselves: How do we make sure of the safety and quality of the medical instruments built at the hospital?

The company was born with one main goal, to provide high-quality yet affordable patient-specific medical implants to patients all around the world.

We took a different approach towards designing and producing orthopaedic devices at the Point-of-Care (POC) by bringing all the technical and quality control processes to the cloud. We bring a plug & play approach for every hospital and care center that wants to start a 3D printing lab. Fusedbone provides expert design service for Class I, Class IIa, Class IIb and Class III custom-made medical devices, and guides you through every step of the manufaturing and documentation process (according to EU-MDR), making sure the final product is safe, auditable and high quality.
