Prellis Biologics, Inc., is a tissue engineering company in search of an entry-level to mid-entry level scientist to assist in managing our human antibody development program and work with a team developing human tissues in vitro. Experience in a start-up or small pharma or relevant research experience is highly desired.

Experience with the following methods and assays is highly desired:

1) Experimental design, implementation, and analysis.

2) Mammalian cell culture

3) Primary human cell isolation and culture

4) FACS, IHC, and Imaging (Confocal, Light microscope etc.)

5) Long-term cell culture maintenance

6) Experience with bioreactor work and/or BSL-2 work

7) Experience in characterizing tissue structures and differentiated cell types.

8) Animal research and experimental design experience

Responsibilities: 

1) Design and perform research experiments

2) Analyze data

3) Write project reports and present data

4) Work collaboratively with senior scientists to execute company goals

5) Assist with ordering and supply maintenance as necessary
