Bioprinting was the month’s center of gravity — and it’s moving toward organ scale
March’s most active area was bioprinting, with advances spanning reproductive medicine, oncology, and organ-scale tissue engineering. The throughline: work is shifting from in-vitro models toward tissues built for therapeutic use, and the supporting layers — sustainable bioinks, vascularization, and volumetric printing — are maturing alongside it.
